Refunds and Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging, and you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email support@known.sr with your order number and the reason for your return request; if the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. We do not offer exchanges, so if you want a different size or product, you will need to place a new order after your refund is processed.
You must contact us within two weeks of receiving your order to be eligible for a return; after this period, we cannot process return requests.
Shipping carrier issues
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occur while the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is provided at checkout, we cannot modify it after the order is placed because the address is submitted directly by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer must email us about the order, and once the package is received back at our facility, a refund will be issued.
Refunds in these cases cover the product total only; the original shipping fee (typically between 6 and 8 dollars included in total price) is non‑refundable.
