SHIPPING POLICY

All U.S. orders are processed and shipped within approximately one week. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder. Please note that all orders require a 3–5 business day production and fulfillment period. Once your order has shipped, delivery time will vary based on your location and may take additional days beyond the fulfillment period.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To request a return, please contact us at knownsantarosa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for following all return instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you may place a new order after your refund has been processed. We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after 14 days cannot be accepted.

SHIPPING PROVIDER & ADDRESS ISSUES

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or issues caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or invalid address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer must contact us via email regarding their order. Once the returned package is received, a refund will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are included in the total purchase price and are non-refundable. Refunds will not include any portion of shipping costs.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

General Care: Wash cold, inside out, using a gentle detergent. Hang dry or lay flat to dry for best results. Note: Washing or drying on high heat may cause shrinkage and can affect fabric treatments.
